Fibre fully connected in under 7 days! Excellent service provided!

Absolutely ecstatic and pleased with the service received! I reside in Chatsworth and Fibre was recently made available at my residence. After doing my research, and by using MyBroadband's article on Best ISP in SA, I went with Axxess as they provided the best Terms and Conditions opposed to their competitors. The price is but higher than competitors but worth it for the service received. I completed my application and paid for my router courier on Monday. Courier was dispatched on Tuesday. Openserve completed the installation the Wednesday. I emailed their Customer Service and requested my router logins so that I'm prepared. Received a response on the same day with the configuration details and logins. Router was delivered on Thursday. Configuration and setup was straight forward. I am now a Fibre user! I tested the upload/download speed to see if what was advertised is what i actually got, and it is! 10/10 overall. Well done Axxess! I can see why you guys are number 1 :)
