Fiber down

Their support has completely devolved. They cutoff my fiber on friday. (changed my isp to rsaweb) without being asked to. Now we do net have internet an regardless of what we report the do nothing. we have reported on their fault reporting system , we have phoned them , we have whatsapped then and each time they tell us the fault is logged but never receive any kind of progress report
