Fantastic service - Give credit where it is due.

I have been a customer with Axxess for nearly 10 years now, and there have been some issues along the way, but I need to give credit were it is due.

I have had FTTH for 4 years now and yesterday evening after 17:00 I app**** for my service to be upgraded to a higher speed. I received a message that the upgrade was complete at 20:47 last night and everything is running as expected.

There are a lot of negative comments on HP with regards to Axxess, and I would advise that you go to their Facebook page and lodge your queries there. They respond quickly and from my point of view, they deserve the 5 ISP of the year awards that they have won.
