As far as razors go.. if Gillette is the \best a man can get\" then for an ISP, I think Axxess is the \"best anyone can get\". I spent the last month trying to find the best ISP, and did A LOT or research. I first choose Axxess for my DSL line because they were cheaper. Was told it could take up to 8 weeks, but was connected in only two days! I had a long list of questions I wanted to ask, everything my Google research said I should find out. And now here is why I choose Exxcess. Not because they are cheaper or faster... no, because they were the only company that answered the phone without the whole \"press 1 for this and 2 for that\" a real person answered, could actually speak English and even answered all my questions and helped me set up my router without having to read it off a list on a computer screen, and oh yes, connected me right away!!<br> <br> Thank you Axxcess. Speaking to a real person on a phone without entering a hundred numbers made me feel like an important client.
