False advertising regarding Axxess Fibre Hot special where they promise a Free Fibre Ready WiFi Router.

But according to them, after waiting 2 weeks for the router, that if you switch over from a different ISP to Axxess, they see it as line migration and not a new sign up, and therefore you do not qualify for the free wifi ready router.

I also had numerous issues signing up for their Telkom LTE services, and I should have known that their customer service is appalling.

Please be warned to rather not make use of their special offers and rather look for better service else where
