False advertising month to month, *****s your money

I took a month to month plan because we cannot always afford data each month, I did not pay the end of February 2021 for March w021 services, due to being unable to pay for data the month. I then recieved an email telling me I am having my website cancelled during March 2021, which I accepted, however I then paid for my data for April 2021 on the 1st April as I could afford my data this month and recieved none. I then waited until today the 6th April and the accounts told me they cancelled my account and that I would not be reimbursed as I owed money for March 2021, I said but I did not receive any data and that month and they said they still owed Telkom for the service because they bought it and was not paid by me, what happened to month to month????? This is not on and false advertising why am I paying for a service I did not receive and I was told they cancelled my sim card and I would have to reapply for a new one. Dint do business with these people ******* and false advertising, that is the whole reason we took a month to month. Disgusting service.
