False advertising

Worst service ever. They offered me a contract at 399 monthly and after I signed up said i have to pay 699 month because that was a 2 months promotion. I told them to cancel because I can't afford it then they charged me a R1000 cancel fee including a R699 month notice even though it was their fault for advertising incorrect
