False advertising

I recently bought the Cell C LTE sim card only deal from Axxess, on their website they say that the sim card "will work with any LTE compatible devise" but this is not the case. I received the sim card over a week ago and still am not able to use it on my device which is not faulty as we have tested it with another sim card. The support team at Axxess have not been able to rectify the issue. They also advertise "the activation month free", this is misleading as if you sign up on the 27th of the month you only get 3 days free. To me a month means 30 days or 4 weeks. They have already charged me and I am still not able to use the sim card with my device, I am not impressed.
