Failure to make good on promises

Been battling to connect a new fibre line since Friday. Promises are made to call me back but are not kept. I will terminate my business if this is not sorted today as I cannot run a business trying to make money to pay for a service I don't get. A ticket was logged with open serve but I got NO feedback. Spent hundreds of rands on airtime over a couple of days and issue still not resolved. Every new consultant I speak to puts me through the same steps I've done 30 times before
