Extremely poor support

Completely out of touch support staff who cannot read a simple ticket. Since upgrading my line speed from 75/75 to 150/150 my line is virtually unusable. Been sitting with the same support ticket for days now with each and every new support agent taking the ticket being as clueless as the next. They refuse to listen and keep demanding speed test for a fault they can't seem to fix. I will give it two more days before cancelling my service with them.
