Extremely poor support and zero accountability. Useless ISP

Axxess used to be one of the best ISP but now they are absolutely ******* wit **** poor support. Their support team is severely understaffed and they provide little to no feedback at all on any issues...

I recently signed up for a hosting package and tried to have an existing domain moved from another provider over to Axxess. They were quick to charge me for the hosting but never even bothered to transfer in the domain. I have not been able to set up the client's website on the domain and complete the project.

Even though the hosting space was reserved, the domain was not transferred to my account by Axxess from the previous domain owner. So having a hosting space but no domain is rather pointless. This is completely unacceptable and just plain theft.
