Extremely poor service. Not recommended at all

Extremely poor service. Been trying to call axxess for days, I just get put on hold. End up spending so much money on airtime trying to call them. Send them emails get tickets no replies for days and when I do get a reply it doesn't help at all. I can't believe how useless this service provider is. Very sad. Would not recommend them at all
