Extremely poor service

The past 3 days has been a nightmare dealing with Axxess internet provider! I haven't had any internet for 3 days now and they can't even help me! First of all you have to wait for just over 15 minutes for your call to be picked and only to speak to an agent who puts you on hold for 30 minutes cause they are checking what could be the problem. Only for them to get back to you and tell you that towers are down but they moving me to another which never happens! Their *** account also very bad when reaching out for help. Sent an email as well still no response. I've spent money just to buy data to be able to work using my phone connectivity and also spent a lot on airtime in calling and asking them for help which I never received after all my attempts. What gets to me is supposed I pay R700 every month for the subscription and this is the service I get! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they have poor, bad and terrible service!
