Extremely poor service

I have an Lte service with them. Took out the package where the router is included. Then went further and upgraded to a higher, more costly package. The one day, almost a week ago, the router was off when I got home. I tried restarting it. Power light comes on for 30 seconds then goes off. This is happening constantly even after they calibrated the router from there side. Numoures tickets logged, Numoures emails sent to support, to date, nothing has been done about it. I have the package with them since January 2026. The router is faulty, requested a replacement, absolutely nothing is done about it. Im regretting moving over to axxess
