EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Axxess Customer support sucks big time. Today I stayed on the phone for one hour waiting for the support dept to pick up my phone, and this is an hour of my wasted airtime and on the other side I cannot access my cPanel and the client is on my neck for updated website. You cannot keep a customer hanging for an hour on the phone without assistance. this is crazy ****!!!
