I have been without WiFi connectivity for the past three days. A support ticket was logged under reference Ref118ARK210426, and despite consistent daily follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress or resolution provided.

My concern is the lack of proactive communication, accountability, and clear turnaround timelines from the support team. Each follow-up yields no tangible update, leaving the issue unresolved.
