Extremely Disappointed with Axxess

I had a very frustrating experience with Axxess. I experienced constant fibre issues, which is what led me to reach out to them repeatedly—but I could never get through to their call centre. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a callback, no one ever responded.

There was zero proper communication from their side, and the service continued to disappoint. After weeks of trying to get support and no improvement, I had no choice but to cancel my subscription.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Axxess to anyone looking for reliable fibre service or customer support.
