Extremely disappointed

I have been a loyal client of Axxess from its inception. I have also been its greatest advocate, promoting their outstanding service at every opportunity.

However, today I sent out a bulk email to around 70 addressees, something I have been doing every two or three months for the past 3 years, and they all bounced. Apparently Axxess didn't feel the need to forewarn me (or any of its other clients) that one can now only send up to 25 emails at one time.

My complaint is not that the change was made but rather that they didn't afford me the courtesy of informing me in advance.

I will not be looking for another ISP but in this instance, they dropped the ball.
