Extremely bad service and product!
<p>I am not a very happy customer! <br /> <br /> Two weeks ago a bought a modem with Axxess. Super excited to get my line up only for Telkom to tell me the modem is broken!!! With the experience I had on mails (SUPPORT TAKES FOR EVER) I would like for one of your consultants to phone me! I would like a FULL refund for the modem I bought which I have note even used yet! <br /> <br /> I have taken out hosting with Axxess as well and this is a complete nightmare! It takes days for hosting support to get back to me on my tickets I have logged. I had to move one of my domains in order to get my website up and running!
