Extremely bad service and empty promises!!

It is obvious the Axxess is the worst internet service provider that exists! They keep hiding behind poor Vodacom saying the 30 days fibre installation is sitting with Vodacom while Axxess are busy giving themselves a very bad name being the account carrier!!! Xabisa Msizi at new lines department and all the rest are not worth being in Axxess’ employment as there wasn’t even a follow up call asking me if I have been contacted!!! That’s really bad…

It has been 29 days since sign up on 25 August (Aug have 31 days) since this account was created and guess what…..I still DO NOT HAVE WIFI! Empty Promises…. If I ask for a Managers number then I’m just being told by Xabisa that within 30 days I will be contacted…..just lies and false promises!!!
