Extreme Poor Service

I have been having connection issues with my rooter, I have been in contact with them from Monday when I first experienced this problem as I am working from home. I sent an email since thier line was not going through, there was no response until the following day. I was advised of technical problem with Telkom. I decided to top up since they advised that I only had night surfer, but to date I am not connected, the worst is I have spent so much buying data and air time, only to be told different stories like to restart or reboot by switching off and on. I was then advised since I kept calling that I will be sorted today since my debit order will go through on the New month. But I still have the same problem and everyone you speak to gives different excuse to get rid of you on the phone. The service is extremely poor and had they been honest I would have saved my money calling and sending emails, since they knew that the issue Will not be resolved any time soon or send all customers Sms's just to alert them.
