Expect to be disappointed.

Axxess provides internet that works sometimes. The times it does work, it drops constantly, meaning you cannot maintain connection. The connection to my work VPN drops constantly so I am unable to do my job. I have highlighted this to axxess for 2 months, and all I get is a new technician every time asking me what colour the lights on the ONT are. They don't bother reading precious messages. All they do is try to stall until the issue resolves itself, or the client leaves. The service I have received from axxess is disgusting. As a client for more than 10 years, I am appalled. They are unable to provide a minimum service for a fibre line - a working connection.
