Exceptional Support from Ronaldo at Axxess

I’ve been experiencing an issue with my router frequently locking up, and each time I contacted Axxess support, the agents would simply unlock it without explaining the root cause. It was frustrating not knowing why the problem kept happening.

He placed me on hold briefly to confirm his theory — and sure enough, he discovered that my router was binding to a tower far from my location. He then manually forced it to bind to the closest tower.
