Excellent Service from AXXESS

Excellent Service experience all the time. As a customer I called them to advise I am struggling with network in my area. They immediately acknowledged and promised to escalate to Telkom. The very next day I got a call back from Telkom for my location and they confirmed there has been a problem with the tower and they are looking into it. I REALLY AM SO IMPRESSED BCOZ MY INTERNET CONNECTIVITY HAS BEEN RESTORED. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT. THANKS YOU TEAM AXXESS!!!
