EXCELLENT SERVICE

After losing Telkom internet connection for more than a day I called Axxess yesterday (Sunday). The call centre answered within minutes and the guy was super knowledgeable even understanding what I meant by a half-bridge connection. I was given a 1GB free account and with the username and password was up and running within minutes. Telkom internet connection only restored after about 24 hours. I will certainly consider moving across to Axxess. 10 out of 10 compared to Telkom's -100 out of 10.
