Excellent Service

My telephone line has been out of order for some time. This included the DSL and telephony service. Axxess is the service provider interacting with Telkom on the DSL service, so I contacted them. They were friendly, logged a call with Telkom, followed up and service was restored within 12 hours. I wish they could help with the telephony also since that is still not working. Thank you Axxess
