Email setup still doesn't work

I have been struggling with axxess for 2 weeks now. I did an email setup but it didn't work (this is not the first time i am setting up an email on an email client). After weeks of forward and backward emails, with the same response that the authentication is incorrects (even though I know it is not) I realised that the website is BLACKLISTED. After letting them know and 5 days the blacklisting is lifted but still I can't receive any incoming emails, not even on the webmail link (horde). The support team only replies maybe once a day with the same answer even though I am telling them that the outgoing emails works but incoming emails doesn't work, and all the setting are exactly the same as being shown on webmail configure client, I am really frustrated !!!!!
