Axxess is a ****. I missed my payment in January and didn't have internet which I was fine with because I knew that I would pay on the 1st Feb. Did they not cancel my subscription and debit my account!!!??? How do you debit an account for services that weren't rendered and then ya'll still tell me to buy a new subscription after you had debited my account without reactivating my internet. This company is a ****. I want my money refunded! I didn't have a contract with ya'll it was a month to month as ya'll say it's a subscription. Mind you I was billed in advance. I had no issues with the internet but if ya'll debiting one's account without giving them the service then that's *****
