DSL Service drops over a 1000 times a month
I have moved my line to Axxess to manage Telkom. I have intermittent line drops - over a 1000 in a month.

The loop I get into is as follows:
1) Call centre tells me all is ok - I then tell them to look at the past few hours where it is clear that there are many line drops. Call centre does not pro-actively check logs. It is imp for Axxess to know what the problem is.
2) No Incident number is given - port reset and informed that call logged with Telkom - will escalate.
3) This goes on every time.

My expectation is for Axxess to take ownership of an incident until it has been resolved, keeping the customer informed through this process. They have access to the logs. My DSL is of no value if it drops every few minutes. What is even more frustrating is to call Axxess and they say all is ok - since it is up at that moment.

I am told that Axxess cannot manage lines proactively and take ownership of an incident, I must call in every time.

Please confirm if this is how Axxess works - I am simply asking for a stable line - in effect a service I am paying for. My call costs have escalated due to the amount of time spent on this issue.
