Dropping the ball... good bye to 8 years with Axxess

You seem to have angered many people today!!! I have been a loyal Axxess customer for 8 years now. Back in the day when your service was impeccable. I am now totally fed up after you continuously drop the ball!!! Forcing me to the down to a fixed location with the MTN switch!!! I can't work like this... not to mention the new SIM is not working and no one is bothering to answer your phone lines. I just wasted R 55 airtime on hold. I am so over this company!!! Time for a different provider... I think you grew too quick and your previous great quality service has gone down the drain... very disappointed
