DON'T USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER

Worst experience. Two weeks after my router has arrived and no wifi yet. I keep phoning axxess but none of the operators seem to know how to assist me (there is already a fiber line they just need to activate it - so NOTHING complicated). I have spent a fortune on airtime and data trying to sort this out. If I could have given a negative rating, I would have. 0/5
