DON'T USE AXXESS AND OPENSERVE

37 Frustrating Days and I still don't have my fiber installed. Openserve Technician just ignores you on whatsapp. Openserve and Axxess get their orders incorrect for a new ONT. Send message after message on the Axxess ticket system and get ignored. Escalation on Escalation on Escalation and that's all you get. I will never ever suggest that anyone use Axxess and openserve as an internet provider you are better off getting rain or going through another supplier.
