Dont use Axxess

I had a live chat with an agent on the website.They told me the router and installation is free.When we talked about the packages the signal was lost and I left a message to email me.Somebody mailed me back and I told him what I want and I told him I got wifi and need the line activated on the 1st because I must cancel the wifi,they came to install the line.When the line was installed I got an invoice for R249.When I inquired about it they told me that it was to courier the router which nobody told me.After that I got another invoice for R382.When I inquired about that they told me it was pro rata for the month.I told them that I wanted the line activated on the 1st and I didnt even have a router.I told them to cancel everything to which they rep**** I must pay for 6 months or pay R999.I want the line cancelled in one day or I will make a case of fruad agains Axxess because I never signed or agreed to anything.
