Don't use Axxess!

Disgusting Customer Support. I have been having intermittent connection and poor connection. Have spent hundreds of Rands of airtime to ask for help a d support and am given the same response. Have asked for someone to please send a technician after my speed tests came back fine but get the same generic response. I have even had one support consultant cut the call on me after I wasn't giving her the right answer to what I was seeing on my laptop. Don't use these inhumane individuals who will let you suffer and not see your issue through to resolution. A bunch of idiots working in a call center. Find another service provider.
