DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE, SUPPORT IS USELESS

Prior to immigrating, I was a client for more than 10 years with Axxess and never had any issues. In December I signed up for a fixed LTE package for my parents and decided to use a LTE router we had at home. To date, the service still isn't working 2 routers later than the recommended list and 10 hours with support was the final straw. I tried asking for a refund or at least immediate cancellation and guess what support just stopped responding on the live chat. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE
