Don't sign up with Axxess!!!!

I would NEVER recommend Axxess to anyone - their customer service is disgusting, as is their invoicing. JHB Water are digging up our streets and keep chopping up the fibre, which will be ongoing for 6 months. Contacted Axxess to ask for an interim solution, they were unwilling to offer any advice or assistance and still expected us to pay R1300 a month for no service (for 6 months). Not only that, they have double billed us for the past three months - contacted the accounts department and they were disgustingly rude. We have cancelled our subscription and moved to Afrihost.
