Don't know what thy are doing

I have cancelled every thing with Axxess., 31/12/2019, I even had to ask them to remove my profile from the system, how hard can that be, and to cancel my email address. Numerous emails and phone calls On Monday 6/1/2020 I was informed that this has been done and they cannot see any records on their system. today is Wednesday 8/1/2020, I am still getting emails and I can still log into my profile. ????? These people cannot even get this right.
