The worst experience and havent even started using them as a provider.

The company that was contracted to install the fibre line came and said that its over 30 meters and we should pay R1100. But if we pay cash its R760. So I went and measured the distance and its 25 meters. Now the guys came and did the installation after I said im not paying it because I measured it myself and its not even close to 30 meters. They used the existing fibre trunking and line of metro fibre. The guy said that after 30 minutes we would get an sms to confirm that the internet is ready for use. We called and they said its all done we can use the internet. Well now the line is suspended and its after hours. Well tomorrow they can come fetch the router and take the 1 meter pvc pipe they used for the "installation". Highly wont recommend.
