Stay away. I tried to get fibre at my new place for more than two months. Nothing and the ridiculous part, I've received threatening letters that I've not comp**** and need to pay R999 immediately or be handed over to attorneys. After numerous e-mails they admitted it was a mistake and they rectified it. A week later, same story and same demand or be handed over. AGAIN I wrote letters and still, no internet. After they again admiddet they still forced me to stay a costumer. I refused and app**** at Afrihost. Three days later, deliveries - done, installation - done, connected - done. Won't be suprised if I receive another **** John letter from Axxess. Don't do it. For me, a nightmare of fine print and no sign of getting internet after two months.
