Domain creation chaos

I created 2 hosting domains with Axxess.co.za on 1 Dec. 2017. Acc No: 146732. I expect the creation to be automated. Both failed miserably. Some consultant tried to tell me it has to do with the "month end run". Seriously? Creation of domains should be totally independent of any other cyclic processes. I spoke to 3 Axxess employees already. It is a day later and still I do not have a working domain. Today (Saterday) I spoke to this rude call centre agent. Instead of saying "I apologise on Axxess behalf, let me log a call and give you a reference number...", he just said "Sorry, cannot help you, the people does not work on a weekend." What??? Do you want to tell me there is NOBODY at Axxess that can fix DNS entries over the weekend? Seriously?? I should think twice before creating any other domains with Axxess or direct clients to Axxess.
