Does Customer Care exist at Axxess? I think not.

Does not care enough to respond to tickets raised. Does not care enough to respond to emails. Does not care enough to respond to messages. It seems as if Axxess does not care for customers anymore. Long story short: I went over size limit for site hosting, no means available to reduce size or remove oversized backup file. Website was suspended. Upgraded to bigger hosting option. Raised ticket after ticket asking for feedback, with zero response. After 48 hours website was brought back online, with no explanation, no "we're sorry we did not respond", nothing. Customer care? Not with Axxess.
