I have a month to month Telkom LTE data plan with Axxess, in January and February this year data started to disappear I complained the gave me data usage which proved that my data does disappear. When I asked how do I resolve this from happening again and be refunded my data, I got a shock of an answer, "we can only tell how much you have used on which date and time, we do apologize for the inconvenience"
