These people do not care about their clients. I cancelled a fibre line in November 2021 and its now Jan and they are still billing me for the line.

When they ask for proof of cancellation they tell me it's my fault for not emailing them... Please note I was never told to email them, I was told to login to the reseller portal and cancel the services which I did and received an email saying the client is cancelling.

Now all my clients are down because of 1 site in query.
