Do Not Use Axxess. Useless ISP
I reported a fault on 18/0915 - Slow line. Phoned twice before today and again today. Nothing done by Axxess for a month. Not even escalated by Axxess to Telkom You guys are the worst ISP. Spoke to the call Consultant today and he confirmed that nothing had been done since my last call on 9/10/15. He said that his manager would phone me in the morning. Well I will see if that happens. How on earth did Axxess win ISP of the year. Axxess are very quick to take my money every month but slow to help me. Please think very carefully before going to Axxess.
