Do not trust AXXESS!

They have low speeds and unfair FUP (Fair Usage Policy).

I decided to cancel and they offered their useless 3 months retention deal. Half off! Of course I took it and now they won't cancel after the 3 months passes and want to keep me for an additional 2 months.

I struggle with their connection all the time and I thought during this retention period, they would do anything to try and retain me as a customer but nothing has changed thus my request to leave them! They failed to retain me, they failed to improve their connections, they have impossible standards with a weak internet connection and have rigid rules.

I cannot go on with unreliable internet for the next 4 months. Instead of improving they decide to take my money regardless of their weak service. I struggle to watch my Upskillist course videos. Even opening a document is a mission.

Stay away from them!
