Do Not Sign with Axxess

I signed up with Axxess beginning of Feb and not only did my router arrive 2 weeks after I made the shipment payment but they had already started to debit for a service I was not using... Little did I know it was the beginning of my problems.

Since Feb their network has been unstable... If it's not their constant intermittent issues, I find myself completely disconnected for hours if not days and this occurs daily (more than 5 times a day).

I've spent hours on the phone with their support team and logged endless tickets about the issue but clearly they do not care because all they ever seem to do in response is give you the same troubleshooting steps that never work.. But come debit day they do that efficiently.

I've requested they send a technician to come check and also suggested they exchange the router but till today that has never happened.

When I try to cancel their service they tell me that I have to stay with them for 6 months otherwise I need to pay extra costs for a service they fail dismally to manage.

The moral of this story is don't sign with Axxess as they are a company based on false advertising!
