DO NOT ORDER FIBRE LINES FROM AXXESS

Absolutely horrible Fibre service from Axxess, ordered a fibre line to be installed at my home on the website which clearly gave me two available service providers in my area, after choosing the best option for me and ordering the "free" router with a R250 delivery fee I waited approximately 3 months before calling again for about the 3rd time only to be told that the service provider I had chosen is not available in my area even though their website clearly states that it is. I returned the router but was liable for the R250 delivery fee which was not refunded even though axxess provided misleading information on their website. Pathetic service from managers right down to call centre agents!!
