DO NOT join Axxess - Useless & pathetic service

If I could rate them 0, I would. I ordered a fibre line for my home in September. I paid and received a router via courier within a week. 2 MONTHS later and I am still waiting for installation of my line. They have not sent the Service Provider to do the installation. Last week, the Service Provider that I choose, so happened to be in my Complex installing a line for someone else. I asked them how come they are taking so long with mine. The technician informed me that as soon as Axxess informs them of a job; they come out. Axxess has not even sent my request to Service Provider. I have also followed up with Axxess several times, they have said that they would escalate my issue. The ticket gets closed and forgotten about. Now all I receive are automated emails..."You are probably wondering, have they forgotten about me?!". Lesson learnt; I have checked them out on HelloPeter first. Cancelling my account with this useless company.
