Do NOT deal with Axxess. Their speeds and latency are unusable, they ignore support tickets and then delete them.

After en entire month of unusable international access on their 100mb fibre, and zero response on any of the tickets we raised, we decided to cancel with immediate effect. Immediate response from Axxess saying we owe them money for another month of non-existant service and support. They subsequently deleted our tickets, too stupid to realise we have the email chain from their automated system and have as yet refused to release the TTConnect line to our new service provider.
