Dissapointment

<p>After the website changed i am unable to change packages to parked, View our virtual server on our client panel, Lost a few domains leading in websites pointed to default and no longer points to virtual server. After a few requests and hours of waiting everytime for feedback i have to yet again resort to this platform to get you guys to respond.. ad my mails only get read and no response given. and no follow up from many of our requests. <br />Now we have a few accounts thats supposed to be parked "for free" and pointed to the virtual server, but this is also a lie as i cannot downgrade these accounts to be parked and linked to the server. This all now as long as a month in request and "devs" still gave no feedback. This is very bad as a reply on a support request takes almost a day or more to get responded too and even if you complain to the head of department this is still a problem. Some websites still off. losing the client money and we get the blame while you laugh away.. I try being proffesional about this but i am th the end of it.</p>
